Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health Technology (OSHT) or related field with 3 years’ experience (or an Associate’s with 6 years’ experience).

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans and teaching aids (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Use varied teaching methods to meet diverse student backgrounds and course outcomes.
• Provide a clear syllabus following guidelines, outlining expectations and assessment methods.
• Teach courses at various times/locations as needed.
• Maintain attendance and academic records; assign final grades.
• Evaluate student progress toward course outcomes and align with program standards.
• Engage in self-evaluation and professional development.
• Support in advising, recruitment, and college activities.
