Jobot is seeking a seasoned Permanent Superintendent for Healthcare Construction with OSHPD/HCAi focus in Riverside, CA. You will oversee hospital remodels, TI, and ground-up projects, ensuring OSHPD compliance, quality, and on-time delivery.

Lead on-site teams, coordinate with architects and engineers, and manage budgets and schedules. This role offers a competitive salary and relocation support for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience in healthcare projects.
• Proven track record in hospital remodels, renovations, TI and ground-up work.
• Deep knowledge of OSHPD guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership to manage diverse on-site teams and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project life cycle stages from initiation to closure.
• Ensure OSHPD compliance at all construction phases.
• Supervise on-site construction, subcontractors, materials, and safety codes.
• Manage remodels, TI, and ground-up healthcare projects.
• Coordinate with architects/engineers and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare progress reports and flag delays with solutions.
• Lead infection prevention measures (HCAI) during construction.
• Maintain quality, schedule, and budget targets.
