Base pay range

This role offers the opportunity to manage high-profile healthcare and life sciences projects (OSHPD), as well as work across other dynamic sectors such as energy, luxury retail, aerospace, and education.

My client is a 100% employee-owned general contractor with over six decades of experience delivering complex, large-scale projects across California. They are recognized for their relationship-driven approach, technical expertise, and unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and integrity.

Description

  • Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with OSHPD requirements as an OSHPD Project Manager.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and ensure project success.
  • Drive safety, quality, and risk management initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize advanced tools such as BIM coordination and support pre-construction planning.

Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years as an OSHPD Project Manager in commercial building and construction; OSHPD experience strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of healthcare construction codes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
