Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our Oshkosh team. You will apply ABA-based approaches to support children with autism, document progress, and help build essential daily living skills.

No prior experience is required, and we provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This full-time role offers competitive hourly compensation, a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with company match, PTO, and health insurance options,

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday (Centers are open periodically on Saturdays for make-up sessions).
• High school diploma or GED required; preferred Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field.
• Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA-based interventions and document client progress.
• Conduct 1:1 client sessions and support skill development.
• Promote communication and independence in daily activities.
• Follow individualized treatment plans for each client.

We utilize a results-oriented approach based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) to assess how clients interact with their environment and respond to social cues, and you’ll play a crucial part in helping build skills and document progress. You’ll start your day playing and encouraging little learners, all while incorporating targets from each client’s individualized treatment plan and promoting the development of essential skills.
