Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) in Wisconsin to join our team. No prior experience required; we provide paid training to become an RBT and support professional development.

The role focuses on ABA-based, 1:1 client sessions to build communication and independence. You'll work full-time, 7:30 am–4:30 pm, with competitive hourly pay ($17.00–$18.00) and a benefits package for full-time staff, including 401(k) with company match, PTO, and health insurance

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time 7:30 am–4:30 pm on weekdays.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

You’ll start your day playing and encouraging little learners, all while incorporating targets from each client’s individualized treatment plan and promoting the development of essential skills. Requirements

• Availability to work full-time between the hours of 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday (Centers are open periodically on Saturdays for make-up client sessions.)
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
