Job summary

Caravel Autism Health seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team in Janesville, WI. This full-time role focuses on using ABA methods to support children on the autism spectrum, building essential skills and tracking progress through individualized plans.

No prior experience is required, and we provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Growth opportunities and a supportive environment are offered, with full benefits for teammates.

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 client sessions; no group billing.
• Use ABA-based approaches to assess client interactions and progress.
• Document progress and help build skills in daily activities.
• Contribute to individualized treatment plans and target development.

You’ll start your day playing and encouraging little learners, all while incorporating targets from each client’s individualized treatment plan and promoting the development of essential skills.
