Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Labor and Employment Associate in Los Angeles with 3–6 years of OSHA experience, including compliance, enforcement, and related litigation. The role involves managing on-site inspections and agency interactions, supporting case strategy, and collaborating with partners in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills and will be admitted to the State Bar or eligible for admission.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of OSHA, MSHA, Environmental, and Whistleblower experience.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Admission to the State Bar or ability to waive in.
• JD from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Manage OSHA compliance and enforcement matters.
• Conduct litigation, including depositions, discovery, and motion practice.
• Engage in environmental compliance and litigation.
• Collaborate with partners on case strategy and management.
