Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Public Safety Administration, Emergency Management, Education, Workforce Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred and beneficial for advancement.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in workforce development, safety training, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages all operational functions of the OSHA Training Education Center, ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards.
• Provides leadership for course scheduling, instructor assignments, registration, and training delivery; ensures high-quality customer service.
• Monitors program performance and recommends improvements to increase effectiveness and satisfaction.
• Coordinates partnerships with federal, state, and local workforce entities and internal departments.
• Manages budgets, revenues, expenditures, and financial reporting for the center.
