Job summary

RANDALL seeks an experienced Safety Manager to lead safety programs for projects along Florida’s Space Coast. The role is based in Titusville and focuses on creating a strong safety culture, reducing risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance across construction operations.

The successful candidate will spend significant time in the field, train workers, and collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvements. A robust OSHA and safety background is essential.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required.
• OSHA 510 and/or OSHA 500 required.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel to active construction sites.
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and incident investigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for safety activities across assigned construction projects and operations.
• Promote and reinforce a proactive safety culture throughout field and operational teams.
• Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections and audits to identify unsafe conditions, behaviors, and potential regulatory issues.
• Document safety observations, communicate findings, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Partner with project managers and field personnel to develop practical safety solutions.
• Ensure site-specific safety orientation and required training are completed.
• Lead or participate in investigations including root-cause analyses.
• Ensure timely reporting of incidents and documentation distribution.
• Coordinate safety meetings and toolbox talks.
