Dan Osborn for U.S. Senate is hiring an Scheduling and Advance Associate to keep the campaign's day-to-day logistics running smoothly in one of the most closely-watched Senate races in the country. This role blends scheduling support with hands-on event and advance logistics — from managing calendars and travel to setting up staging at parades and community events ahead of the candidate's arrival. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a behind-the-scenes role that keeps the team on track and accountable. This position reports to the Operations Director.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Nebraska that will end when the campaign concludes in November 2026. Due to the variability of the campaign schedule, this role requires the ability to work long and unscheduled hours, including nights and weekends, on a very regular basis, as well as the ability to stand for extended periods during events and advance work.
This is a salaried position that will be compensated between $4,500 and $7,000 per month, based on experience. Moving expenses will be reimbursed for candidates from outside of Nebraska.
