Job summary

LP Building Solutions is seeking a forklift operator for our OSB manufacturing facility. You will move finished products from the mainline to the warehouse and support line operations in a safe, efficient manner.

We value reliability and teamwork. A high school diploma and 3–6 months of forklift experience are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required to operate equipment on site. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–6 months experience in mobile equipment operation preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license to operate mobile equipment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage finished product from mainline production.
• Organize product stored in warehouse.
• Facilitate the process of re-graded product exiting the mainline.
• Complete forklift inspection checklist.
• Maintain supplies for mainline strapper and related materials.
• Assist with mill forklift needs.
• Inventory and communicate downgraded material to sawline operator.
• Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
