Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Territory Manager to lead commercialization of our FDA-approved Obstructive Sleep Apnea therapy within an assigned sales territory. You will aim to achieve the sales plan and raise therapy awareness among clinicians and patients.

Responsibilities include evaluating potential accounts, activating sites, driving implant growth, and coordinating with marketing and operations to refine outreach. You should be able to travel as needed to cover the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years medical device/pharma sales experience; 3+ years at Inspire if no degree.
• Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization activities introducing OSA therapy to assigned territory.
• Achieve sales plan and therapy awareness milestones; assess new potential accounts.
• Drive implant growth and account activation; ensure centers follow guidelines.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales operations to refine outreach programs.
