Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the program, from ideation to implementation with defined timelines and resources.
• Act as the central point of contact from Microsoft to HP Business units and IHV partners, aligning technical roadmaps with our engineering teams across disciplines.
• Manages the implementation of Proof of Concepts by guiding engineering, interfacing with multiple parties, ensuring learning is captured and shared.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects to deliver innovative solutions into market.
• Develop and direct the creation of key milestones, deliverables, and other program support requirements to ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead and influence efforts across Pan-HP business units to ensure all areas are represented and solutions are implemented using HP way.
• Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to key stakeholders and executives.
• Synthesize complex program data into clear progress reports and risk analyses for execs and stakeholders.
• Review and evaluate program plans, providing tangible feedback to improve the program management framework.
