Hewlett Packard Co. is seeking an OS Technical Program Manager in Spring, TX to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate strategic partnerships with Microsoft across HP’s Personal Systems and related units.

The role requires strong program management, technical depth, and exceptional communication with senior executives. You will drive PoC development, define milestones, and ensure alignment with HP’s long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical field.
Typically 6-10 years of experience in program management or engineering environments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead a multi-functional program from ideation to solution with defined timelines.
Act as the primary Microsoft-to-HP liaison, aligning roadmaps across units and partners.
Guide engineering teams in PoC development, ensuring learnings are captured and shared.
Drive innovation and quality initiatives to deliver market-ready features.
Communicate progress, risks, and escalation paths to executives and stakeholders.
