Job summary

AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. is seeking an OS&D Clerk to support loss prevention by reviewing overages, shortages and damages and by investigating discrepancies. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills and a solid command of MS Office.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated/positive attitude.
• OS&D and/or investigative experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and investigates overages, shortages and damages in order to reduce or eliminate loss and damage claims.
• Performs other work related duties as assigned.
