Hanger, Inc. in Spokane, WA, is seeking a fabrication associate to build and repair orthotic and prosthetic devices.

You will work closely with clinicians and patients, focusing on fabrication tasks in a workshop away from the exam room, using hand tools and small machinery. The role requires hands-on skills with band saws, drill presses, vacuum systems, heat guns and routers, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record required.
• Technical training or 2 years experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Fabricate and repair orthotic and prosthetic devices using hand tools.
• Manage ordering/receiving and other inventory tasks.
• Fit and deliver prefabricated orthoses such as cervical orthoses and similar devices.
• Educate patients on application, use, care and outcomes for DME products.
• Contact vendors to order fabrication materials and maintain inventory.
