Job summary

Hanger, Inc. seeks a Clinical Aide to support certified clinicians in orthotic and prosthetic patient care. Under supervision, you will prepare treatment rooms, assist with procedures, fabricate molds, and manage documentation while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role includes patient-facing tasks and inventory responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical setting. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service or patient-facing experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in a customer service or patient-facing role.
• Driver's license (or eligibility) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified clinicians in delivering patient care under direct supervision.
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for clinical procedures.
• Perform fabrication tasks, including making and modifying molds.
• Execute treatment modifications, adjustments, and repairs as directed by the supervising clinician.
• Fit and provide soft goods items to patients.
• Provide orthotics fitting services independently.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
