Hanger, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Clinical Aide to support certified clinicians in orthotic and prosthetic patient care. Under supervision, you will assist with patient care prep, fabrication, documentation, and inventory management.

This role emphasizes precise task execution, safety compliance, and teamwork to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and customer-service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a customer service or patient facing role preferred.
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified clinicians in delivering patient care services under direct supervision.
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for clinical procedures.
• Perform technical fabrication tasks, including making and modifying molds.
• Execute treatment modifications, adjustments, and repairs as directed by the supervising clinician.
• Fit and provide soft goods items to patients.
• Provide alterations and adjustments to soft goods items as needed.
• Provide orthotics fitting services independently.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation of all patient care provided.
• Communicate patient information to the supervising clinician.
• Ensure all procedures comply with clinical protocols and standards.
• Conduct shipping, receiving, and inventory monitoring of materials.
• Coordinate with vendors to order necessary materials and supplies.
