Job summary

Hanger, Inc. in Arlington, TX is seeking a Clinical Aide to support certified clinicians in orthotic and prosthetic patient care. You will assist under supervision, prepare treatment rooms, and help with fabrication tasks and documentation.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate patient records, coordinating with vendors, maintaining a clean work environment, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards. This role offers a path to grow with a leading O&P provider.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a customer service or patient facing role.
• Preference for allied health professionals (PTA, OTA, Athletic trainer, etc).
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within Hanger’s policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified clinicians in delivering patient care services under direct supervision.
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for clinical procedures.
• Perform technical fabrication tasks, including making and modifying molds.
• Execute treatment modifications, adjustments, and repairs as directed by the supervising clinician.
• Fit and provide soft goods items to patients.
• Provide orthotics fitting services independently.
• Complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient care provided.
• Contact and coordinate with vendors to order necessary materials and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work environment.
