Job summary

Comprehensive Prosthetics & Orthotics (CPO) in Peoria, IL seeks a CAD Modifier for our fabrication team. The role focuses on preparing and modifying digital models for custom orthotic and prosthetic devices, with emphasis on ankle-foot orthoses (AFOs).

Prior O&P or CAD experience is valued, but candidates with related digital modeling skills will be considered. You will review scans, measurements, and work orders, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with clinicians and fabrication staff to deliver

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with CAD or digital modeling; O&P fabrication experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret measurements.
• Willingness to learn specialized software and device modification techniques.
• On-site Peoria work availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify digital models using CAD software per clinician instructions.
• Review scans, measurements, and work orders for accuracy.
• Apply model modifications and check dimensions and contours.
• Communicate with clinicians and fabrication staff to clarify instructions.
• Prepare files for fabrication and maintain records of modifications.
• Organize cases and meet production deadlines with quality.
• Follow procedures for protecting patient information and digital files.
