Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in a HME or healthcare setting
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license from state of residence
• Ability to learn orthotic fitting under supervision

Responsibilities

• Support orthotic practitioners in evaluating patient needs and devices
• Perform fittings and minor modifications under supervision of Orthotic Fitter or Physician
• Deliver orthotic equipment to various locations and educate patients on use
• Maintain patient records with detailed clinical notes and ensure satisfaction
