Join our growing team at Deaconess Clinic, a physician-led multispecialty group practice with over 350 providers. We are currently seeking a talented Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our expanding orthopedic service line.

Position Highlights:

• Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week
• Competitive Salary: $625,000 guaranteed for the first 12 months
• Productivity-Based Compensation: Competitive salary model post-first year; specialty doctors have exceeded their initial guarantee
• Quality Bonus: Additional quality bonus opportunity after reaching guarantee
• Investment Opportunity: Option to invest in the Evansville Surgery Center, a joint venture with Deaconess and community surgeons
