New Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity in Indiana between Louisville & Cincinnati

Position Details

1. Full-time employment opportunity
2. Base Pay (1-year guarantee): $550,000
3. Productivity-Bonus Compensation for RVUs exceeding the threshold
4. Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 for a 3-year commitment
5. Work RVU Conversion Rate: $70
6. Call Coverage: 1 in 3
7. Vacation: 4 weeks for the first 3 years, 5 weeks thereafter
8. CME Hours: 40 hours off per year after the first year
9. CME & Dues Allowance: $4,000 per year after the first year
10. Relocation Assistance: $10,000, with live within 30 minutes response time requirement
11. Benefits: Health & Retirement (401K)
12. Hospital pays all incidental expenses, including licensure, DEA, CSR, malpractice (occurrence-based with tail coverage)
13. Staffing: Hospital covers nursing and reception staff salaries and benefits
14. Practice: General Orthopedic with inpatient & outpatient services, call required

19. Special Programs: Total Joint, Sports Medicine
20. Procedures & Services: Fracture care, joint replacement, arthroscopic procedures, pediatric care, ligament and tendon care
21. Facility: 6 ORs, 1 cysto room, labs, x-ray, EMR (Meditech transitioning to Epic)
