Job description

Seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon - Hip/Knee

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and hard-working BE/BC Hip/Knee Orthopedic Surgeon to join our expanding Orthopedic practice in Hudson Valley, NY. The practice currently includes 4 Orthopedic Surgeons in an academic environment. This position is to replace a recently retired provider with a full practice. Immediate volume guaranteed. The primary responsibilities involve developing and maintaining a busy multi-specialty musculoskeletal outpatient practice.

The candidate will help sustain and grow an active clinical practice in the Hudson Valley. They will work closely with colleagues both in outpatient settings and within the department to support an integrated care model and deliver high-quality care. The role primarily operates at one hospital, with a call schedule of 1:4 or better. Full support staff includes Physician Assistants, LPNs, and Medical Assistants.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $300,000 to $800,000, with opportunities for supplemental income through productivity incentives. Benefits include LTD, STD, paid malpractice insurance, health, dental, vision, and a 403(b) retirement plan.
