Position Overview

This independent Critical Access hospital is seeking a motivated Orthopedic Surgeon to lead and expand their program. The role involves practicing full-scope orthopedic surgery, including joint replacements, scopes, and general orthopedics, in a collegial and supportive environment. There is a significant opportunity to attract new cases through a strong referral base and to develop your practice and the program.

• Practice full-scope orthopedic surgery, including joint replacements and scopes (excluding spine surgery).

Compensation Details

• Base Salary Range: $550,000 - $700,000.
• Guaranteed base salary up to $700K plus production bonus.
