Job description

The Twin Cities' premier physician-led health system is seeking a new Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join their team in the busy suburbs of Minneapolis.

Position Highlights

2. Turnkey opportunity: join a retiring physician's practice and be busy immediately, with a need for over 500-600 joints in the first year.
3. Affiliated with a Top 100 Orthopedic Surgery program, join a collegial team of 5 orthopedists eager to welcome a new partner.
4. Efficient ORs and clinics with ample OR block time available.
5. Dedicated 1:1 APP support, a patient coordinator, and a team of MAs and athletic trainers.
6. Strong earning potential supported by a robust internal referral base and an outstanding reputation locally, regionally, and beyond.
7. Generous compensation package: a 2-year salary floor of up to $710K plus additional bonuses.
