Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Preferred: 6 months in an office setting, medical office preferred.
• Preferred: 6 months experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Responsabilités

• Provide receptionist and clerical support for Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Polson, including patient demographics and insurance verification.
• Explain hospital forms and policies, obtain signatures, discuss financial responsibilities, and initiate appropriate care episodes.
• Answer phones and perform filing, data entry and other duties in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
