Qualifications

• Customer service-related experience.
• 6 months of Office experience, medical office preferred.
• 6 months of experience in Electronic Medical Records.

Responsibilities

• Provide receptionist and clerical support for PMG physician offices.
• Obtain patient demographics and insurance information.
• Verify insurance details and explain hospital forms and policies.
• Collect payments and discuss financial responsibilities.
• Process required patient information according to policies and procedures.
• Answer phones and perform filing and keyboarding tasks.
