Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a senior operations leader to support the Orthopedic and Neuroscience service lines at the Southfield Center. The role establishes guidelines, structure and procedures for strategic development, efficiency of clinical service in partnership with the service line physician leader.

You will develop staffing plans, dashboards and productivity reports, monitor physician performance, and ensure compliance with quality and risk requirements while driving patient-centric

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, health care administration or related field.
• Master's Degree in business, health care administration or related field preferred.
• 12 years of relevant healthcare operations experience.
• 5 years of relevant leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead service line development and operations for Orthopedic and Neuroscience lines.
• Develop staffing configurations and dashboards; monitor productivity and feedback reports.
• Coordinate recruitment of physicians and APP resources; work with operations on staffing.
• Ensure compliance with quality and risk requirements for physician practices.
• Develop and execute strategic long- and short-range plans aligned with Corewell Health East strategy.

Education
