Job summary

Biocomposites is seeking a Product Specialist to drive compliant sales growth across orthopedics, trauma, spine, and foot and ankle in the Central Illinois region. You will motivate, educate and support distributor reps in their sales activities, including product training and hands-on in-field support.

The role involves regularly travelling to target hospitals to engage with surgeons, perioperative teams and hospital staff to promote correct product use and adoption.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of medical or B2B sales success.
• Demonstrated ability to present technical information.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by product and specialty in assigned territory hospitals.
• Drive adoption in existing accounts and new users through targeted surgeons and distributors.
• Educate, support and train distributor sales reps and hospital staff.
• Travel to target hospitals to engage with surgeons and perioperative teams.
• Maintain CRM records and report quarterly territory objectives.
