Job summary

Biocomposites, an international medical devices company, seeks a Business Development Manager to drive compliant sales growth of our product portfolio, focusing on NanoBone through Spine and Foot & Ankle distribution channels. Regular travel to target hospitals will engage surgeons, peri-operative teams, and hospital staff to promote appropriate product use and adoption.

You will train distributor sales reps, select hospital targets, and promote product use while advancing adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in Orthopedic biologics marketing or related field.
• Experience presenting technical information to surgeons and medical staff.
• Ability to influence decision makers and work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue targets in assigned hospital territories.
• Drive adoption with surgeons and distributor teams.
• Provide training and education to distributor reps and hospital staff.
• Develop relationships with surgeons, residents, and KOLs in geography.
• Travel within territory and to US headquarters as needed.
• Maintain CRM data with opportunities and activities.
• Support quarterly territory objectives and business planning.
