A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available for external applicants or current CHW MA Apprentice Students. Responsibilities include assisting with clinical tasks and ensuring smooth patient flow in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completed accredited Medical Assistant training program OR one year direct patient care experience.
• 1 year relevant healthcare practice experience preferred.
• BLS certification required within 90 days.
• Certification CMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA/NRCMA required within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Assist with routine clinical tasks and patient care activities as MA scope allows.
