Job summary

Corewell Health in Muskegon is seeking a Medical Assistant to join a dynamic primary care environment that integrates family medicine with a Walk-In-Clinic. You will support both clinics, ensure efficient patient flow, and contribute to high-quality care.

A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered for external applicants or current CHW MA Apprentice Students. The role requires an MA training program completion or equivalent experience, BLS, and certification within specified time frames.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program with hands-on clinical skills or 1 year direct MA/EMT/paramedic experience.
• 1 year relevant experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting preferred.
• BLS certification required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the clinical support team delivering quality patient care.
• Assist in both family medicine and walk-in clinic settings.
• Support patient flow and care coordination in a fast-paced environment.
