Job summary

Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery is seeking two Medical Assistants for our Washington clinics (Salmon Creek and Vancouver). The role focuses on direct clinical and administrative support, rooming patients, vital signs, exam preparation, and minor procedures to maintain efficient patient flow.

Ideal candidates bring MD/MA program background or LPN licensure, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; completion of Medical Assisting program or LPN program preferred.
• Knowledge of exam, diagnostic, and treatment room procedures.
• Ability to react calmly in emergencies and maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork to support physicians and APPs.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, take vital signs, and assist with minor procedures.
• Prepare exam rooms and instruments; stock supplies and ensure in-date medications.
• Coordinate patient communications, follow-up appointments, and test results with labs and imaging.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and document charts accurately.
• Support physicians and APPs with documentation and scheduling across clinics.
