Job summary

Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery in Portland, OR is hiring two full-time Medical Assistants to join our Orthopedics team. One position is based in Lake Oswego, and the other in Rose Quarter, with free parking at both locations.

You will escort patients, take vital signs, prepare exam rooms, assist physicians and APPs, and help maintain smooth patient flow in a fast-paced clinic. We value strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of work experience in a clinical setting.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Knowledge of examination, diagnostic, and treatment room procedures.
• Strong desire to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and assist with chart documentation.
• Take vital signs and support patient flow throughout the clinic.
• Prepare exam rooms and instruments; stock supplies as needed.
• Assist physicians and APPs with minor diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Review appointment schedules and assist the call center with physician schedules.
• Ensure lab reports, imaging, and other clinical information are available to providers.
• Distribute outpatient materials and provide patient instruction as appropriate.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.

Overview

Rebound is hiring two full-time Medical Assistants to join our Orthopedics team, with:

• 1 position based in Lake Oswego
• 1 position based in Rose Quarter
