Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery is hiring two full-time Medical Assistants to join our Orthopedics team in Oregon. One position is based in Lake Oswego and one in Rose Quarter, offering commute-friendly locations with free parking.

The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a patient-focused approach, and the ability to work closely with providers in a fast-paced clinical setting. A High School Diploma and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of clinical work experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Knowledge of examination, diagnostic, and treatment room procedures.
• Strong desire to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and assist with chart documentation
• Take vital signs and support patient flow throughout the clinic
• Prepare exam rooms and instruments; stock supplies as needed
• Assist physicians and APPs with minor diagnostic procedures and treatments
• Review appointment schedules and assist the call center with physician schedules
• Ensure lab reports, imaging, and other clinical information are available to providers
• Distribute outpatient materials and provide patient instruction as appropriate
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
