Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Marketing Manager for Knee Reconstruction to own US downstream commercialization, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager. The role leads strategic campaigns, field enablement tools, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Upstream Marketing, Medical Affairs, and R&D.

The position requires 6+ years in marketing, product management, or commercial strategy, with a track record of end-to-end program delivery and strong data interpretation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Proven ability to independently own and deliver marketing programs end-to-end.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Own clinical messaging and program development for ATTUNE Knee System.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns driving surgeon awareness, trial, and adoption.
• Manage end-to-end launch workstreams for new configurations and platform enhancements.
• Coordinate surgeon education programs, KOL engagements, and society meeting activations.
• Develop competitive intelligence and market analysis to sharpen differentiation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Global Education, R&D, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery.
