Lead a cross‑functional team to accelerate market share growth, refine messaging with clinical evidence, and coordinate launches with Sales, R&D, Medical Affairs and Health Economics. You'll shape go‑to‑market plans, develop surgeon education programs, and build advocacy to move surgeons along

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in marketing, product management, and/or commercial strategy.
• Proven leadership of marketing teams and cross-functional partners.
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead downstream marketing for the ATTUNE Knee System in US markets.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Medical Affairs, and Health Economics.
• Provide field enablement tools and training for representatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
