Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Marketing Manager, Knee Reconstruction, to lead U.S. downstream commercialization for the ATTUNE Knee platform.

The role is based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, or Warsaw, IN and requires ownership of marketing programs with strategic input and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will drive clinical messaging, launch readiness, and surgeon education initiatives, partnering with Sales, Global Education, and R&D to grow market share and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of marketing, product management, and/or commercial strategy experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver programs end-to-end with minimal oversight.

Responsabilités

• Own the planning, development and execution of clinical messaging for the ATTUNE Knee System.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns driving surgeon awareness, trial, adoption and advocacy.
• Develop field enablement tools: selling guides, battle cards, and playbooks.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs with Sales, Global Education, R&D, and Supply Chain.
• Lead launch workstreams for new implant configurations and platform enhancements.
• Mentor and guide associate marketing managers and team members.
• Track KPIs and iterate tactics based on data and surgeon insights.
