Responsibilities

• Perform initial nursing intake and prepare patients for examination.
• Review medications and documents in the medical record to support visits.
• Record vital signs and patient information for charting.
• Coordinate medications, injections, or IV medications per provider instructions.
• Provide basic patient care such as vitals collection and diagnostic testing.
• Observe patients, report changes to the provider promptly, and support care actions.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance in the clinical environment.
