Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care for an assigned patient group on the 5 North Orthopedics unit. The role is full time, days, with a 7a-7p schedule and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities include following physician orders, applying the nursing care plan, data collection, and collaboration with the RN to plan patient care. Oklahoma LPN licensure is required, with 0–6 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• Has completed the prescribed curricula of a practical nursing program or has completed equivalent coursework as approved and verified by a state board of nursing.
• Holds or is entitled to hold a diploma or certificate therefrom.
• Licensure as LPN: Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nurse License.
• 0-6 months related experience.

Responsabilités

• Performs nursing skills appropriate for the patient population.
• Gathers data, implements and evaluates care for an assigned group of patients based on physician's orders and Nursing Care Plan.
• Takes and notes physician's orders accurately.
• Consults with Registered Nurse to plan patient care.
