Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-6 months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Administers nursing care to an assigned group of patients based on physician's orders and Nursing Care Plan.
• Gathers data, implements and evaluates care for an assigned group of patients.
• Takes and notes physician's orders accurately and documents nursing process/care.
• Consults with Registered Nurse to plan patient care and coordinates with other healthcare professionals.
• Implements discharge planning and patient teaching.
• Follows plan of care with attention to age and cultural/psychosocial factors.
