Job summary

Tryon Medical Partners in Charlotte, NC seeks a Division Chief of Orthopedics to lead our joint replacement and outpatient musculoskeletal program, drive clinical excellence, and advance value-based care within a multispecialty network.

The role sets the clinical vision, leads same-day joint procedures, oversees ASC strategy, aligns surgical teams, and mentors physicians to grow a regional MSK platform focused on outcomes and cost of care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO and board-certified in orthopedic surgery.
• Eligibility for North Carolina medical licensure.
• Demonstrated expertise in joint replacement.
• Prior clinical leadership experience, ideally in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and surgical leadership for orthopedics and joint replacement growth.
• Develop outpatient-focused program with standardized perioperative care.
• Oversee ASC strategy and outpatient joint replacement programs.
• Align clinical teams and standardize care pathways.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop orthopedic surgeons.
