Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Orthopedic Surgery.

• Demonstrated expertise in joint replacement.
• Prior clinical leadership experience, ideally in outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a forward-looking orthopedic strategy focused on joint replacement and outpatient surgery.
• Lead adoption of same-day joint replacement and enhanced recovery protocols.
• Oversee design, growth, and clinical performance of outpatient joint replacement programs, including ASC development.
• Standardize care pathways and drive multispecialty collaboration across Musculoskeletal care.
• Monitor outcomes and drive data-driven quality initiatives to elevate patient outcomes.
