Tryon Medical Partners in Charlotte, NC seeks an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in hip and knee reconstruction to join our growing musculoskeletal program. This role emphasizes total joint replacement, surgical excellence, and value-based care within a patient-centered, outpatient-focused model.

You will lead the hip and knee service line, collaborate with primary care and specialists, and develop care pathways to support high-quality, coordinated care in a modern ASC environment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Hip & Knee.
• Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a broad range of orthopedic conditions with a focus on hip and knee pathology.
• Perform primary and revision total joint arthroplasty procedures.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing operative and non-operative approaches.
• Maintain high standards of surgical outcomes, patient safety, and satisfaction.
• Lead the development and expansion of the hip and knee service line.
• Collaborate to establish clinical protocols, care pathways, and quality metrics.
• Participate in strategic growth initiatives, including ASC development.

Orthopedic Surgeon – Hip & Knee (Total Joint) Specialist
Tryon Medical Partners | Charlotte, NC

Tryon Medical Partners is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Hip and Knee Reconstruction to join our newly expanding orthopedic service line. This physician will play a key role in building a high-performing, patient-centered Orthopedic program with a focus on total joint replacement, surgical excellence, and coordinated, value-based care.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape and grow a comprehensive Musculoskeletal Center of Excellence within one of the region’s most respected physician-led practices.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Surgical Care

• Work closely with primary care physicians, sports medicine, and rehabilitation teams to ensure seamless patient care

• Partner with care teams to optimize pre-operative and post-operative pathways

• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications
