Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners in Hobart, Indiana, seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in hand surgery to join a full-time, Monday–Friday team with a flexible schedule in a premier, tech-forward setting.

You will treat conditions of the hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow, perform complex surgeries, and collaborate with athletic trainers and physical therapists. Indiana licensure and CSR/DEA are required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery is required.
• Indiana Medical License (unrestricted) and CSR/DEA registration are required.
• Experience in general orthopedic procedures and arthroscopic techniques is expected.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for the hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow.
• Clinic patients per day: 30.
• Handle call rotation: 1:6.
• Perform complex hand and upper extremity surgeries including tendon repairs and nerve decompression.
• Manage acute upper extremity trauma with revascularization/replantation when applicable.
• Utilize advanced minimally invasive and arthroscopic techniques for wrist and small joints.

Job Type : Full-time Monday – Friday, flexible work schedule
Location: Hobart, IN

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for conditions affecting the hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow
• Clinic patients per day: 30
• Call Rotation: 1:6
• Perform complex hand and upper extremity surgeries, including tendon repairs, nerve decompression (carpal tunnel), fracture fixation, and microvascular procedures
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations for chronic conditions such as arthritis, Dupuytren's contracture, and congenital hand differences
• Manage acute upper extremity trauma, including revascularization and replantation where applicable
• Utilize advanced minimally invasive and arthroscopic techniques for wrist and small joint procedures

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Demonstrated proficiency in general orthopedic procedures and arthroscopic techniques
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with athletic trainers and physical therapists
