Qualifications

• 4+ years of outside sales, surgical tech or related clinical experience required.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.
• High level of energy, motivation, drive, perseverance, initiative, commitment & professionalism.
• Excellent time management and ability to effectively prioritize; ability to work independently and exercise strong decision-making.
• Exceptional focus and ability to bring tasks to completion.
• Note: This position is not eligible for employer-visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in generating new sales opportunities and maintaining existing business.
• Meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas assigned by the company.
• Observe procedures in the operating room of hospital accounts to gain insight into the needs of physicians and OR staff.
• Respond quickly to customer needs regarding products and service and collaborate with the appropriate teams.
• Communicate with senior executives and key decision-makers.
