CONMED Orthopedics seeks an ambitious Associate Sales Representative to promote a broad portfolio including BioBrace Implant and other orthopedic products. You will support top sales professionals, promote in OR and office settings, and foster relationships with surgeons and hospital staff in a defined geographic territory.

This entry-level role offers exposure to medical device sales, performance-based growth, and opportunities to advance based on results. Travel approx. 20% is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of outside sales, surgical tech or related clinical experience required.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.
• Note: This position is not eligible for employer-visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in generating new sales opportunities and maintain existing business.
• Meet assigned goals set by manager and company.
• Observe operating room procedures to understand the needs of physicians and OR staff.
• Respond quickly to customer needs and collaborate on solutions.
