Job summary

77 Consultants is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon to diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions. You will perform joint replacements and arthroscopic procedures while leading comprehensive treatment plans that emphasize mobility and recovery.

The role involves on-site shifts at two facilities, 1:7 or 1:8 call rotation, and collaboration with PAs and APPs to deliver high-quality care. CNs and surgeons welcome new grads or experienced physicians.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an Orthopedic Surgery residency.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic orthopedic conditions (fractures, joint disorders, sports injuries).
• Perform joint replacements, arthroscopic surgeries, and fracture repairs with precision.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on history and diagnostics.
• Order and interpret imaging and labs to guide care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care and patient education.
• Document evaluations, procedures, and outcomes in EMR.
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Advise on prevention and long-term musculoskeletal health.
• Stay current with advances in orthopedic techniques.
