Job summary

Optimum Permanent Placement Services is assisting a network of facilities near Charlotte, North Carolina, to recruit an Orthopedic Surgeon. The role covers a diverse caseload with a collaborative team, supporting total joint and adult reconstruction cases.

The position offers 8a–5p hours, onsite imaging, and a competitive compensation package with RVUs, full benefits, and relocation assistance. Board certification and NC licensure readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Board-certified orthopedic surgeon with proven clinical excellence.
• Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure.
• Willing to cover call and work across two facilities.

Responsibilities

• Cover a 1:7 or 1:8 call rotation.
• Work at two facilities with 8:00–17:00 schedule, 5 days per week.
• Perform total joint and adult reconstruction cases (knees/hips/shoulders).
• Utilize onsite imaging and collaborate with PAs and app-based staff.
